Holmes County Ohio Winter Events January and February 2015

Don't let the cold weather keep you from visiting Holmes County, Ohio. Despite the brisk winter air there are still many fun things to do in Amish Country! After a snowfall of a few inches or more head over to The Farm at Walnut Creek for a sleigh ride. Afterwards stop in at the main house for some hot cocoa, coffee, or tea.

Taking place on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend at Berlin Hiland High School is the 11th annual Classic in the Country Challenge powered by Under Armour, beginning on Saturday at 10:00 am. and continuing nonstop through Monday with the final game at 8:30 pm. There will be 20 games played, with 30 elite teams competing. There will be some of the best high school girls basketball players in the country, as well as Ohio's top teams featured at this event, including three of the four reigning state champions. On January 31, 2015 is the Pajama Party Sale in Berlin. Wear your pajama's or robe to receive discounts in participating Berlin merchants.

Saturday, February 21, 2015 is the Annual Girls Night Out in Historic Downtown Millersburg. Receive pampering in all the stores, food, music, and refreshments. All the things that will make this a fun filled pick-me-up evening to remember. Click here for more information.
