Lemon Bars

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix until crumbly. Press into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
4 eggs
Put into a medium sized bowl and beat well
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
Grated lemon rind
Add, beating until fluffy.
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix and fold in.
Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
